Variety of cakes and how to make them.  everyone definitely likes to eat cakes, including me, I really like cakes, especially if the cake is very delicious.  

Cakes are usually eaten for daily snacks or for celebrations of big days,for example Eid, weddings, and other big days. 

 This recipe is how to make a cake that is very delicious and must be tried.


Blueberry Milk Tart

     Material:

     2 tablespoons ricotta cheese

     250 ml pasteurized milk

     2-3 tablespoons sugar

     2 teaspoons agar powder

     Frozen Blueberries

     100 grams melted butter

     gelatin powder

     7 whole wheat crackers


     How to make:

     Place the pasteurized milk and ricotta cheese in a saucepan.

     Cook over medium heat, then stir constantly until the cheese melts.

     Once the cheese has melted, reduce the heat and then add the sugar to the pan.  Keep stirring until the sugar melts

     Dissolve the gelatin powder in warm water and then pour it into a saucepan.  Then add the milk mixture until it thickens.

     Mash the oat crackers in a bowl, add melted butter to it and mix well.

     Place whole grain crackers in a muffin tin and shape.

     Fill with the finished milk mixture until it is full.

     Place frozen blueberries on top for topping.

     Freeze the tarts for about 3 hours.

     After that, remove the tart from the muffin tin.

     And Blueberry Milk Tart is ready to be served.
