       -100 grams of shrimp, clean and remove the head
       -4 medium-sized beef meatballs, thinly sliced
       -100 grams of chicken fillet, cut into small squares
       -4 red onions, finely sliced
       -3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
       -100 grams of cabbage, roughly chopped
       - 100 grams of caisim, cut into pieces
       - Pepper powder, to taste
       - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
       - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
       - 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
       - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
       - 2 spring onions, sliced ​​sideways
       - Water to boil
       - add sugar to taste
       - Salt to taste
       - Mushroom broth, to taste
       - Cooking oil

Other complementary ingredients:
   - 10 boiled quail eggs, peeled and soaked in warm boiled water + red dye for 30 minutes, drain.
   - fried onions

 how to make:

   Bring water to a boil, add 1/2 tablespoon of oil.  Boil egg noodles until 3/4 cooked, drain.

   Put the noodles in a bowl, add the sweet soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.  set aside.

   Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant.

   Add red onion, saute until fragrant.
   Add chicken, stir until chicken changes color.

   Add beef meatballs and shrimp, stir until the shrimp changes color.
   Add fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper powder and mushroom broth, mix well.

   Add caisim and cabbage, add a little water, mix well.
   Cook until the vegetables are cooked
   Enter the noodles that have been mixed with sweet soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.  

   taste correction:
Cook until all cooked.  Add sliced ​​scallions when they are about to be removed.

   Arrange on a serving plate, add fried shallots on top and quail eggs.  Serve warm more delicious.
